SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is best known for being 100% waterproof, high performance with high wear resistance. It has enhanced stability and is pet friendly due to its durability.
A UV Coating protects the color film layer from fading due to sun exposure by a window or other indoor environment concerns. The Wear Layer can be customized and protects the film layer from everyday wear.
The 100% Virgin PVC, nano Calcium powder is eco-friendly and has no hazardous chemical. It passes the California standard for Floor Score. WHAT IS SPC? Decor Film can be customized to a unique design or chose from one of our over 200 designs. This process prints the color and pattern to a vinyl film that is adhered to the SPC Core.
SPC Core is a dense waterproof core which is the main body of the plank. It is made of natural Limestone powder mixed with polyvinyl chloride and stabilizers.
Sound Absorption Layer (Underlayment) is made from IXPE foam which provides sound insulation and cushioning to the plank. The thickness of this can be customized.
